It has also been 9 months, so it is possible that we might get a different error now. However, the result was we were not able to sign in to Adobe's Cloud services while behind our firewall. We actually have THAT problem with our Adobe Creative Cloud subscriptions, and we haven't figured out what causes it! But we weren't getting this specific error.
